Ustica

Where dreams begin

At Ustica scuba divers can experience a mesmerizing world filled with surprisingly colorful critters, beautiful crabs, and shrimps. Ustica has been a national marine park for many years now and is one of the most abundant marine sanctuaries in Europe.

One can also encouter a large school of barracudas that is resident at Ustica. It is always a delightful sight to dive through the amazing underwater landscape and stumble upon this school of barracudas.

An incredible dive site is Grotte di Gamberi, where divers can discover amazing decorator crabs and explore a beautiful shrimp cave. Located at a depth of 40 meters, this site offers a unique and breathtaking underwater adventure for families looking to explore the hidden marine wonders of the ocean.

The underwater landscape is very spectacular, full of caves and swim-throughs. The dancing sunlight under water can provide interesting decors and makes every dive special.

Video impression

The DiveSpot Team visisted Ustica a couple of times as it is relatively easy to reach for Europeans and one of the best dive locations in Europe.
